In this CHD TV EMR & Wireless Update, Stephanie Locricchio speaks with Lissette Monzon, a Miami-Dade homeschooling mom who woke up to a 32-foot 5G small cell tower installed just feet from her family’s garden and children’s bedrooms, with little more than a blank door hanger as “notice.”
Lissette shares the shocking lack of transparency, discrepancies between engineering plans and FCC safety reports (including antenna down-tilt concerns), impacts on property values, daily life, and potential health effects.
She discusses the uphill battle against rapid wireless infrastructure rollout, limited local control, and what families can do to fight back.
