We are witnessing the “complete and total collapse of nutrient quality of the foods we consume,” warns John Moody. “The ‘soil’ that our food supply relies on is a disaster.” Comparing our own digestive systems to the plant ecosystem, John explains how modern practices impact the true health composition of what we eat. While our grandparents may have been satisfied and sustained by the foods they ate just a few decades ago, what we have access to in contemporary times is starkly different in vitamin and mineral content. Learn about the battle between “optimal profits” and “optimal health,” in this eye-opening presentation.
