This episode of “Voices of the Victims” involves an interview with Ona Carino on the tragic death of her husband. After receiving his COVID vaccine, he went to bed with a headache and was found by Ona in the morning, having passed during the night. Ona Carino pushed for information on the autopsy, finally receiving a diagnosis for the cause of death. Despite the diagnosis, Ona was left without answers about the vaccine’s role, hearing back only that the vaccine’s timing was coincidental.
