Dr. Paul welcomes Dr. Cammy Benton for a practical discussion on nervous system regulation in children, whether or not they have a PANS or PANDAS diagnosis. They explore how modern stressors like excessive screen time, fluorescent lighting, lack of outdoor time, and overscheduled lives keep kids (and parents) stuck in fight-or-flight mode, then break down the autonomic nervous system and vagal tone in simple terms while sharing actionable tools such as somatic practices, nature walks, longer-exhale breath work, music choices, limited screens, morning sunlight, and daily handwritten gratitude to help families shift toward rest-and-digest balance and create a more regulated household.

Then, Author Jan Jekielek reveals China’s industrialized kill to order organ harvesting, 60–90,000 transplants a year, prisoners turned into living organ banks for the elite.
