• Rather than shutting down, many of those labs relocated to offshore locations, such as Ukraine and Wuhan.
• Two techniques were passed from America to the Wuhan scientists. In one of which, the RNA virus is developed into a “more stable” DNA clone. The other provides a pathway to “hide all evidence of human tampering.”
