Appeals Court Sides With Facebook Factcheckers
More than ever before, first amendment rulings made by the courts can either be detrimental or beneficial to the freedom of speech, especially as it pertains to the digital town square. In this week’s “Defender In-Depth,” viewers get an important update on the legal battle for free speech with special guest Mary Holland, Esq. Tune in!
