CHD just filed a Citizen Petition with the FDA, based on research by pharmaceutical and medical device industry veteran Sasha Latypova. In the petition, CHD outlines how the experimental COVID injections passed through the regulatory process and were granted full Biologics License Application (BLA) approval without meeting the required standards. The call is for the FDA to properly designate the shots as emergency use authorization (EUA) for as long as the emergency declaration, under the PREP Act, remains in effect.
