Jonathan Jarecki was raised on the belief that the human body has an innate ability to heal under the right conditions. Once he was able to apply these values to his own personal study and deliberation, Jonathan’s passion for natural health became even stronger. He joins “Doctors & Scientists” for a presentation on the light spectrum and how it relates to sun exposure and mitochondrial dysfunction. He even brings up some surprising discoveries — for example, that sitting in the shade of plants can provide infrared exposure. Don’t miss this eye-opening conversation!
