Parents CAN and DO choose not to have their kids vaccinated — this mom is living proof of it! She was pregnant, working as a missionary and ended up getting the flu shot for travel overseas. Working in India exposed her to many non-immunized children who also happened to be free of chronic illnesses common to the States. And her young son is just another example of this — no injections, no ear infections, no medications. When this mother fell ill with a bacterial infection, it was past the window of supposed vaccine efficacy. She treated herself with rest, raw honey, garlic and a vitamin and continued to breastfeed her baby. Theirs is a true testament to the power of natural living!
