Brady graduated nursing school in 2008, at which she received "very little" training on vaccination — of their true safety and efficacy, she was entirely uninformed. Those who chose to opt out of the shots, Brady viewed as "crazy": "I legitimately did not understand. I couldn't comprehend not vaccinating my child at that time." She thought they were the uneducated ones. But a consequential chain of events, which she explains in this video, turned her life upside down. And from that point forward, Brady was no longer looking through rose-colored glasses: "I realized that the stories had always been there; I just didn't want to believe them" and no longer supportive of the immunizations.
