Ariel, born in 1989, entered the world a “perfect” baby, hitting all her developmental milestones and beginning to smile. On the Tuesday following her 2-month immunizations, Melissa woke up to find Ariel had passed away in her crib. The autopsy lacked any answers for the heartbroken mother.
