Mona Hasegawa decided to get the Pfizer COVID vaccine because she wanted to visit her father in Canada. Her father, who is on dialysis, visits a clinic regularly for treatment that required all of his family to be vaccinated.
An hour after receiving the vaccine, Mona started experiencing the onset of strange new symptoms. At a local restaurant, she said her brain “glitched.” Her legs wouldn’t move. This only lasted a few seconds, but soon after, further symptoms presented.
“My joints started hurting me. My hips started hurting me. My legs started feeling like elephant trunks. I almost passed out in the shower because I can’t do heat. And I ended up in the hospital on many occasions,” said Mona.
Mona now has persistent facial tics, difficulty walking, and says she’s been gaslit by doctors and even kicked out of a hospital for asserting that the injury was from a vaccine. She has also felt that the vaccine-injured community has been abandoned by the government.
“You’re on your own when you’re vaccine injured.”
