Lu and her son, Mic, appear on the CHD Bus to tell their story. Mic was born with down syndrome and 4 holes in his heart. They were told that, in his vulnerable state, Mic needed to be vaccinated. Within a few hours of his immunizations, the young boy began to regress into a state of nonverbal autism. “Do your research,” she warns young parents.
