“The science is known, but the science is suppressed” — Mark McAfee, founder of the Raw Milk Institute and Raw Farm, is passionate about the benefits of consuming unpasteurized dairy. Not only do the testimonials he has gathered point to the healing properties of raw milk but so does the research.
Mark explains the concept of “bioactivity” and its relationship with nutrition, the importance of safe food handling, how dairy can support the immune system and stave off chronic health conditions and what the science has to say about going “unprocessed.”
