Despite never getting a positive COVID test result, Lou was “put on a COVID floor.” Given remdesivir, per “protocol,” and then sent upstairs, he was a patient for just over a week “before he died.” In order to communicate with Lou, the hospital staff used iPads: “No one would go into his room unless it was absolutely necessary.” He was put on “tons of antipsychotic medication” and sedatives, much to the surprise of his daughter and wife, who reflect on the tragic story in this CHD.TV video.
